Conferences
We pride ourselves on offering very individualised services for our delegates. We specialise in hosting meetings and conferences for up to 12 delegates or even as few as 2 business people needing a quiet discreet meeting place. However we can comfortably accommodate up to 40 delegates. Small companies, departments of large companies and local councils love using Hey Green for their meetings. The quiet, secluded location means delegates can concentrate on getting the best from their time together without noise, interruption or being disturbed by other people.
The hotel is only 40 minutes drive to the centre of Manchester, Leeds or to Manchester Airport. Just 15 minutes drive to the M62. Marsden station is only a mile from the hotel providing excellent services to the above destinations making the hotel ideally placed for meetings and conferences.
Our delegate prices include room hire, pens, pads, flip charts, basic conference equipment and catering throughout the day. Ranging from Illy Caffe coffee and hand made biscuits or bacon butties on arrival, to three different styles of lunch, and finishing with afternoon tea featuring home-made cakes. There is a complimentary wifi internet access service. 24-hour delegates prices also include a three-course dinner from our a la carte menu, single occupancy of a double en suite room and a fantastic Yorkshire breakfast to start the day.
The above are our all inclusive conference and meeting packages. However at Hey Green we appreciate that each business is unique and has varying needs and requirements when planning events and meetings. So may we introduce you to our

• Choose your room (we have four rooms of varying sizes) and how long you wish to hire it for. It can be as little as one hour and hourly rates start at £15
• Choose the style of hospitality packages you require. This can be just coffee on arrival or any of the catering facilities during the day

Promotional events are easy to arrange at Hey Green. The drive allows easy access for double decker buses, coaches, and large commercial vehicles, and there is parking for 70 cars. Marquees are available for exhibitions, presentations and meals for up to 150 guests seated. It is even possible to arrive by helicopter.
