Exclusive Conferences
When you book your meeting or conference at the Hey Green you automatically get the hotel and grounds for your exclusive use provided there are 6 or more delegates.
We pride ourselves on offering very individualised services for our delegates and specialise in hosting meetings and conferences for an average of 12 delegates. However we can comfortably accommodate up to 40 day delegates. Small companies, departments of large companies and local councils and schools love using Hey Green for meetings, interviews, seminars etc. The quiet, secluded location means delegates can concentrate on the business in hand and get the best from their time together without noise, interruption or being disturbed by other people.
Hey Green is only 40 minutes drive from the centre of Manchester, Leeds or Manchester Airport and just 15 minute to junction 22 of the M62. Marsden station is only a mile from the house providing excellent services to and from the above destinations and making it an ideally placed venue for meetings and conferences.
Our delegate prices include room hire, pens, pads, flip charts, basic conference equipment and catering throughout the day. Ranging from coffee and hand made biscuits or bacon butties on arrival, to three different styles of lunch, and finishing with afternoon tea featuring home-made cakes. There is complimentary wifi internet access. The 24-hour delegate price also includes a three-course dinner from an a la carte menu, single occupancy of a double en suite room and a fantastic Yorkshire breakfast to start the day.
The above are the all-inclusive conference and meeting packages with day delegate rates from £36 per person and 24 hour delegate rates from £123 per person. • Choose your room (we have four rooms of varying sizes) and how long you wish to hire it for. It can be as little as one hour, and hourly rates start at an amazing £15!
• Choose the style of hospitality packages you require. This can be just coffee on arrival or any of the catering facilities during the day

Promotional events are easy to arrange at Hey Green. The drive allows easy access for double decker buses, coaches, and large commercial vehicles, and there is ample parking. Marquees are available for exhibitions, presentations and meals for up to 150 guests seated. It is even possible to arrive by helicopter.
