 Weddings Book your special day with us and you get exclusive use of the hotel at no extra charge. Yes – your own private country house for 24 hours! Hey Green is the perfect venue for weddings of all sizes, from informal gatherings of 6 to “the works” for up to 220. (terms and conditions apply) There are three beautiful rooms licensed for civil ceremonies all with different capacities to suit the size of your event. There is the intimate John France room, traditionally decorated in country house style, seating up to 30 guests. The light, contemporary Conservatory leads on to the front of the hotel and seats up to 50 guests. Then there’s the Eastergate room with its classical regency style, chandeliers, mirrored pillars and several doors leading to the terrace, which will seat up to 120 for the ceremony. Similarly you have a choice of room for the wedding breakfast dependant on the number of guests attending. In the evening all the rooms can be used for your party, and the options are endless - a disco or ceilidh band & dancing in the Eastergate room, a casino, or a giant Scalectrix, a crèche or an intimate lounge area in the John France. The evening buffet served in the dining room, or a hog roast or barbecue on the dining room terrace. Once it gets dark you may want a fabulous firework display to wow your guests. The options are endless – you tell us what you would like on your special day. Once you book your wedding with us you become a member of our exclusive Wedding Club. These are complimentary evenings held approximately every 12 weeks. A fantastic opportunity to pick up new ideas for your wedding, sample our menus, and meet other couples who have booked Hey Green. The Hey Green team are there as well to answer any questions you may have at that point, and discuss any details with you.
